By accessing or using Embodying Sane you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Embodying Sane is a personal awareness tool for understanding communication patterns and relationship dynamics across all types of relationships — romantic, family, friendship, and professional. It is for personal insight and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. New users receive 3 free uses of the Conversation Analyzer and 3 free uses of The Mirror. After free uses are exhausted, a subscription of $10 per month is required to continue. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Embodying Sane does not offer refunds based on personal preference or change of mind. Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances: the verified death of the account holder, or documented technical malfunction of the app that prevented normal use, verified with proof. In the event of a technical malfunction, a credit toward future use will be applied first. A monetary refund will only be issued if the malfunction cannot be resolved in a reasonable time. No refunds are issued for partial use of a billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees are charged. Content you enter is processed in real time to provide analysis. We do not store, sell, or share the content of your conversations or personal reflections. AI-generated analysis is intended as a starting point for personal reflection. Embody AI Tech LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on app outputs. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

We will never sell, rent, or exploit your personal information. Ever. We collect your name and email when you create an account. Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. We collect usage data solely to manage your free trial and subscription status. We do not store the conversations, messages, or personal reflections you enter into the app. This content is processed in real time and is not retained on our servers after your session ends. Data saved in your personal Vault is stored locally on your device. It does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it. AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Text you submit is sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not store your submissions after results are returned. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days. This app does not use tracking cookies. We do not track you across websites.
