What We Collect
Embodying Sane collects only what you create: diary entries, vault entries, test results, and conversation analyses. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any personal identifying information unless you provide it voluntarily.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server unless you use the Conversation Analyzer.
Conversation Analyzer & AI
When you use the Conversation Analyzer, your conversation text or screenshot is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. We strongly recommend removing names or identifying details before submitting. We do not store your conversation content.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, share, or monetize your personal data in any form.

Refund Policy

3-Day Free Trial
All new users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required. If you decide not to subscribe, your trial expires with no charge.
Subscription
Embodying Sane is $10/month. You may cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds — General Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, and cases where you forgot to cancel. Use your free trial to evaluate before subscribing.
Exception: App Not Functioning
If the app has a verified technical failure preventing access to core features for more than 72 hours after a support request, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Email support@embodysane.com.
